Sometimes in life we take off on a well intended path and unforeseen circumstances send us in a new direction, as was the case for me. In 2011, I finally realized a lifelong dream of becoming a stylist, yet life presented me with a challenge that led to me postponing my dream.

Beyond Cosmetology Consulting was birthed after years of serving and empowering entrepreneurs with the basics of hair chemistry, hair styling and textured hair services. For more than 12 years I had the distinct honor of being a Hair and Beauty Industry Educator for Paul Mitchell, educating students and training other educators in all facets of the Hair and Beauty Industry.

As life would have it, once again I was presented with an opportunity to switch paths. In 2023, I resigned from my role as an Educator. I have had the good fortune to rest, reset and restore through travel, new relationships and time well spent with family and friends. And just like that I have been reminded of a dream that never left me. A dream that fueled me to serve others, to cheer on and support others in their growth and development.
